Gunn, whose practice ranges from medical malpractice to product liability mass torts, won one of the largest verdicts of 2021 when a jury awarded $10 million to a man whose orthopedic surgeon caused permanent spinal cord damage. More recently, she obtained a $48.1 million verdict in a medical malpractice case, was on the trial team securing a $22 million in a product liability settlement and has won over $50 million in mass tort/product liability matters.
Gunn is a member of the Missouri Supreme Court’s Civil Rules Committee and was an adjunct professor at Washington University School of Law. She is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and is a current host of its podcast, Trial Tested.
